My complaint:

I decided to treat my 9 year old son, my husband and his aunt and myself to a few subs last night. Around 7:00pm my Husband’s Aunt and I walked into to the Subway on North Main Street in Barre, Vermont 05641-4210 and we stood in the line of other customers at the time and I saw 2 of the employees trying to manage all of the orders while they were being very polite, and the 3rd employee was standing by the register, he was African American with an ace bandage on his right wristforearm. From the time we entered around 7:30pm I observed only the 2 newest guys actually working and greeting all of us with a nervous smile as they made every order while the guy with the ace bandage on his right wristforearm just stood behind the register making rude comments out loud about different people walking past the store after it took roughly an hour to finally be our turn to order, I let my Aunt In-law ordered the footlong sub she wanted and I would pay for her order, while I was also ordering 3 footlongs myself for my husband, 9yr old son and I to enjoy. But, as I was letting the first guy catch up on my 3 subs, I tried to go ahead and pay for her footlong so she didn’t have to be stuck in the very warm store any longer, so as I walk down to the register to the guy with the ace bandage on his right wristforearm decides to shout at the 2 guys while they were making my 2 orders that they were making the subs completely wrong because the meat and cheese was below the veggies, I just said that it was fine how they arranged my subs, I was just trying to pay for my 4 footlong subs and buy a bunch of the cookies for my son and I to enjoy together, which personally after already waiting a little over an hour I was starving and just ready to finish up my orders and pay and next thing I know I’m dealing with the guy with an ace bandage on his right wristforearm yelling at me to get out of his store and I couldn’t pay for my 1st order which was already completely made and that he was throwing away my 2nd order that the other 2 employees were trying to finish up for me but the guy flipping out on me with the ace bandage called the cops on me saying I was being irate and refusing to leave the store without the food I was trying to buy my family for dinner. So not only was I forced to go home with the subs that my son begged me to me get for our family day dinner but I was also slapped with a No Trespass by the only employee that freaked completely out on me for no good reason, all I was trying to do was order dinner for my family and now I’m not even allowed to purchase any food at the restaurant. I just hate the fact that this employee made my son very upset for throwing our food out and not even allowing me to buy it or any cookies. it was a little after 8pm after waiting all that time on food to leave with nothing besides i can’t return there to eat unless someone looks into this incident please and thank you.

Suggested solution:

I really don't feel like the employee with the ace bandage should be training, let alone in any sort of supervisor of anyone!! I wish he was more respectful and hard working like the 2 newer employees you have. Worst part is as soon as The Employee with the ace bandage on his right wristforearm started flipping out on me and demanding I leave and couldn't purchase my orders he decided to jump on the phone with the cops as I was being asked by the other 2 employees who had no idea what was going on with their Co-Worker and what I had did except I guess try to pay to soon or something. I really don't believe I deserved to be Trespassed From the only Subway I actually go to!!! So please can someone please go back and review the tapes from 7:00pm up
