My complaint:

Long time resident employee in Marshall Michigan, myself my co-workers have been regulars, at Subway for our lunch break, at 7:30 pm, due to convenience speed freshness of Subway, for a long time, never no issues:, UNTIL, 2 newer employees. 1 says she is a manager, on 2nd shift,, very unprofessional,unsanitary, rude, 1 is sweeping floor while other 1 is making subs, thus creating dust ect…going in freshly made subs, so they can close early, at 7:40pm, standing around, getting paid til closing at 9pm, I am making this complaint because the so called manager for 3 evenings has refused our service at 7;38pm, stating, they are closed, very rudely unprofessional, swearing in front of children I spoke to my lawyer in relation of a herrasment lawsuit could contact Health department, my co-workers , myself my wife, love the convenience speed of Subway wish, not to file a lawsuit or contract the Health Department, continue our business at the Marshall Michigan, Subway, at 7:30pm, but reprimanded or, fired of the 2,female 2nd shift, employees on Friday 10292021, in Marshall Michigan, Michigan Ave, store,,must be implemented, there are other issues complaints by other costumes, that want the Subways professionalconvenience speed, back, in that specific store, because they have since, stopped going to that store going to the Subway in Battle Creek or Jackson, going way out the way, to enjoy, fresh subs, we look forward to seeing the 2 bad employees gone, asap, thank you
