My complaint:

I ordered 3 sandwiches on the Subway App on 09042020 at 4:00pm. I ordered 1 foot long Cold Cut Combo with no cheese less lettuce, less mayo, tomatoes and extra cucumbers. 1 foot long Meatball Marinara with American cheese, less lettuce, mayo and grated parmesan cheese. 1 foot long BBQ RIB extra pickles and extra red onions. In the special instructions place I asked for them to heat up the meatballs before they put them on the sandwich. When I got home the first thing I noticed was that the meatballs were so cold it was like they were just taken out of the freezer. As soon as I opened the CCC I could not believe what I was looking at. It literally looked like someone dumped an entire jar of mayonnaise all over the sandwich, there was no way anyone could have eaten it. Same thing happened with the BBQ RIB, it looked like someone emptied an entire jar of BBQ sauce on it too. Normally I am not one to complain about things like this but this is seriously the 5th time this has happened with our food from this Subway. And I am not even close to being happy about it.

I took the 2 sandwiches back to the store and had them remake them, but honestly with this literally being the 5th time this has happened I feel like at the very least a refund should be given.
