My complaint:

Store 3004

Approximately 4:15 pm local time. I ordered TurkeyBacon 12-inch sub. The server did not understand that i only wanted the bacon heated. When she FINALLY finished the sub, she did not seem to understand that I had a survey with a code entitling me to two free cookies. She rung up my bill, overcharging me for the two cookies. I give up trying to communicate with her. I showed her my orange rewards card. When I tried to use it on the payment machine, she then told me the card was inactive. I used the same rewards card at the same store on May 11 May 12 with no problem. I even received point that put me over 200 tokens, good for a $2.00 reward, that I was going to use to pay for MY FREE COOKIES. At that point, I left the store and went to Burger King in a huff. I forgot to retrieve my receipt that had my cookie reward code. I also forgot to get this sub-par employees name. This is a situation that needs to be corrected. Hawaii is on a 6-hour time zone difference from EST. I would appreciate personal contact from SUBWAY. I eat at Subway 6 mornings a week when home in Kentucky.
