Subway complaint: Don’t honor your National Ads

My complaint:

About 2 days ago, I saw your ad on TV, Any footlong sub for $5.00. I was in the shopping center and needed 2 subs for dinner tonight at a cruise night. The person inside said that they don’t honor that. Also, his mask wasn’t over his nose and I had to tell him to put it up over his nose. If your stores don’t honor you advertisements, what good is it to advertise. This is not the first time that I have had your stores not honor advertised specials or coupons. I do not have the time to run all over trying to find a Subway Store that participates in you promotions. As far as I am concerned your store is dead to me and I will not be going to ANY Subway stores any more.

Suggested solution:

All of their stores should have to honor their advertising and coupons.

It’s Called A DISCLAIMER

How can you be upset at Subway? They have a disclaimer that clearly says on the bottom of their $5 Footlong ads, “At participating restaurants.” 

Don’t believe me? Look at the image attached. I drew a nice big red arrow for you, so that you can’t miss that sweet ‘ole disclaimer. 

Then, you claim that Subway is dead to you, yet this isn’t your first time that you’ve been disappointed by a Subway (likely due to your own ignorance of “participating restaurants”). 

However, you will be back…
