I am filing a complaint. Something needs to been done my husband and I stopped at this subway 44927-0

traveling home. When we get out of the car, we see the sign that said cash only. No problem the problem came when I went to pay I only had 2 $100 bills. They say we don’t have change you will have to go up front and get change so dry and rude.My husband was purchasing something up front and I told him. It was a big ordeal because our granddaughters had to witness all of this. The lady was trying to ring him up, up front and she said I can’t take the subway chips. We were like okay , so I go put the chips back. I then proceed to pay for what we purchased they were talking about us to other customers at the subway when we proceeded to pay, we felt it was because we’re black. Who does that so my husband says if you’re going to operate with cash only you should be able to make change. They said Sir we just opened my husband said like I said you should have change. I processed to get the change. So my husband heard Shirley the manager still talking about us, like what did we do wrong all I had was $100 bill. You and I both know no one rarely has cash, we swipe cards. So my husband proceeds to ask whose the manager and the manager Shirley says I am . I told him we will just report this to corporate. She continued to talk trash. So my husband continues to talk trash back the young lady that rung me up tells my husband you’re not going to talk to her like that. But never told Shirley to be quiet so it was okay for Shirley to talk trash to the customers….. She then proceeds to tell him to leave. My husband and I both are managers for the company’s we work for. Who treats their customers this way , we would never do that. As I was leaving another lady appeared( she worked up front) she apologized as I was telling her what happened and she says to me and she’s the manager. She said I was wondering who she was talking to like that.
Who does that to a paying customer. I need to hear back from someone or I will take this further. I feel disrespected and discriminated against.
