My complaint:
I have a complaint. It’s been some time since I’ve been to subway. In the past, I would go at least 3 timesweek. however, lately with the bad publicity, i.e., fake tuna, low grade cold cut, I’ve refrained.
This week, I received dozens of coupons, one of which was attractive. So, I thought I’d give Subway another chance. After ordering and presenting my coupon for buy one foot long get one free I was told that the owner accepts every single coupon except for that one (Bridgeport store in Lancaster, PA).
That’s wrong! You can’t just discriminate among coupons. I waited for over 15 minutes to have the subs made; only to be turned down and embarrassed in front of other customers.
Herein lies the irony…those subs looked so good, I was going to tip the employee $5.00 for making them so well.
It makes no sense that Subway is willing to turn away customers, loose over $16.00 by picking and choosing (without warning) what particular coupons they will accept.
This is wrong on so many levels.
Please give me a monetary incentive to give Subway yet another chance.
This was embarrassing, ridiculous, and unprofessional.
Please make this right.

As stated above.....Please give me a monetary incentive to give Subway yet another chance. Also, this is a screen shot of the lame response I received from middle management.
