My complaint:
I tried to use your coupons that you put in mailboxes, newspapers, etc.
The one I stopped at in Johnstown said they are not taking any of these coupons. Now as consumer how do I know which ones take them and who doesn’t??? I know everyone is under alot of stress these days, but I do like using coupons when I can. So needless to say I was very upset.
Please let me know how you plan on resolving this.
Suggested solution:
If it is up to every independent owner you could put the area stores that are accepting them. Or just don't print the coupons.
