Subway complaint: Awful!!

My complaint:

I called to complain i was pissed because I got a salad they clearly threw it together it had like a scoop of lettuce missing my cheese, then I explained it all the girl and said look I am paying the same as if i got a sandwich minus the bread so one would imagine i would get more the 12 cup of lettuce! No joke the salad bowl was damn near empty like it had a good inch and a half from top!!! So the young lady kind of confused but still was like I don’t know, talk to someone else with an attitude but not a severe one, more like a young kid, putting the buck on anyone but them, so that annoyed me even more, mainly because she let me sit and complain only to feel like it fell on deaf ears, plus she had like 10 seconds of dead air space and I had to say hello??? … So then
I get on the phone with the other girl and she gets an attitude right away and was totally rude, giving me the full blown mean girl voice and the snotty inflection in her voice…I said hold up, u picked this job, you don’t get to have an attitude with me! She says gimme the last 4 of your number again, still with bass and volume in her voice !!! Yes chile she said GIMMIE!!! I am at this point heated but I know that my phone is recording this and plus if I really wind up this girl is gonna cry because I am in pain,hungry, pissed and will go to jail behind choking out young kids!!! And at the end of the day thats still someone’s kid….
I said why in the world did the other girl put me on the phone with you if you can’t do anything either and you clearly are annoyed, she could have just taken my info and have someone call me?? Are you playing enie minie miney mo? Just passing the unhappy customer around?
Are you even listening? She said something with the nastiest attitude and quickly starts to raise her voice at me,, not enough to be considered a scream but to the point you know this girl is trying to flex on a chick and if that didn’t suck, she had a smart comeback, so I was shocked and pissed, but still maintaining my same level in my voice not screaming cause your not gonna paint me out to be the angry crazy black person,, plus I know i will be replaying this for someone at some point and I want them to see this kid has temporarily lost her sandwich making mind,and clearly has no respect for her job or company or even just basic decency!! So I definitely respond with the angry large black woman tone where I am trying my best not to cuss this little kid out but I can feel my lips curling with anger but you are holding back real hard and when my eyes my finally roll back down to a normal level and my fist unclench and I’m trying to keep from wanting to crawl through the phone and legit scare this young child to the point where she won’t ever wanna talk on the phone ever again…..
I said look u picked the wrong one today little girl to get an attitude with oh no, I’m not the one you don’t get to get nasty! No joke she HUNG up, like with a slam!!! So I called back and they kept hanging up like its a big joke!!! Now I’m pissed because I didn’t even start out nasty, I started out saying how upset I was they just did what they wanted with my food and figured I should just accept it!!

Naomi went back up there and said we want our money back, she said she was on the phone with her manager and she can make a new one, naomi said no look at it! She wouldn’t and so her manager told her how to refund, and then naomi let her know that my phone records all of my incoming and outgoing calls!!! Lmao!! She said the girl just shut down….

Then Maddie called from her phone, the girl answered SUBWAY WHAT? with attitude and maddie said who is working? The girl said WHY? really nasty!!! She said i just wanna know if my friend is working, she said NO JUST TWO GIRLS and hung up on her too!!! Lmao!!! You have to be kidding me that they allow young kids to be that rude and nasty!! I am guessing that subway doesn’t believe in customer is always right!!
I knew they were pissed right away when I said that my salad was just thrown together and missing ingredients, they immediately got salty!!!
I’m so pissed they are lucky I am on couch with a UTI, cause every part of me wanted to go up there and just lay into them!!!

Suggested solution:

That is deplorable and disgusting and if this is how Subways intend to treat their customers, more people need to know that we are being silly by giving our money to people that clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS …..

Eat fresh??? Your employees are fresh!!

I spent 31 or 32 dollars there yesterday, I did get 8.29 back, my daughter didn't realize that her salad was wrong as well, I would like my money back!! I dont care how that sounds i have had problems before with this Subway, but to be treated like I was is inexcusable, and quite frankly a bit degrading, and to know that I paid good money to be treated that way is just the worst!
