My complaint:

Smart phone, home phone company did go into my wife chase account without permission. And after confronting them by bank and in person, they then over the phone turn on the home phone 225-315-7158 on a Friday after paying them again to reactivate the home phone, then turned it off on Monday, 4 days later…. stealing again and taking no responsibility for there problem on their side…….of stealing, by, using a debit card info from last year of august 2018……. check your bank statements…….

I payed fro a phone, that my 83 year old mother can not use to call me or 911..... I want my usage for a phone that I have had for going on a year... I payed WALMART as I usually do for a phone card and it should be usable.........my personal is 225-326-9891, ask for Mr. William Mohabier III.
