SteelSeries complaint: i recieve faulty headset . i cant get the warranty

My complaint:

i bought headset for 200$ all i got is a trash. the quality of the headset dint meet my expectation when my headset often disconnect suddently. it getting wost

Suggested solution:

poor quality but expensive
