My complaint:

I ordered their steelseries arctic nova pro wireless headset from them back in June and I received the item with 1 battery being slightly bent and dented alittle which later on caused the batter to no charge or even register in the charger so I went to their customer service for help replacing it since it was under warranty and for the past week I have had nothing but issues left right and center with them not wanting to replace the battery and now yesterday they sent me an email stating the only way I could use the warranty is if I destroyed my 350$ headset by ripping off the left ear piece then ripping out the microphone and shit out my of my headset then sending them pictures of it so they could review it and determine if I could get a replacement all over a batter like y would I have to destroy my 350$ headset all for y’all’s pleasure to not be promised a new headset plus be without a headset for up to 2 weeks for reviewing and then another 2 weeks to receive my new headset if they chose to replace it like it is a bunch of bull that I have to destroy my headset all cuz I need a new battery

Suggested solution:

They should without hassle replace my battery free of charge and also give me something as a bonus that is the equivalent of the hassle and bullshit I have had to deal with for the past week or 2
