My complaint:
I had a good win streak on the site and after cashing my winnings I requested a time out so that I could not play and bet my money. They excluded me from my account and after i got in I could not use ANY function of the site. I can’t imagine its legal to purposely prevent a customer for claiming bonuses that will expire and go right back to stake. I wagered more then 30k in a week. Guessing low rakeback will be ~3% per loss which means they are literally stealing from me and not taking me serious. I spoke to more then 10 support customers and they just dont give a
