My complaint:
I am utterly outraged and disappointed with the poor quality of the new specs I received. Last year, after getting my eyes checked and purchasing these glasses, it became immediately apparent that they were not right. The vision is completely off!
I returned within a week to address this issue, only to be dismissed and told to ‘get used to them.’ This is unacceptable! I have invested over $700 from my own pocket, plus my Bupa insurance for two pairs of utterly useless specs. This is not just about money; it’s about the sheer incompetence and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a full refund for the unsatisfactory specs, acknowledging the inconvenience and dissatisfaction they have caused.
Alternatively, I suggest a complimentary comprehensive eye examination to accurately reassess my vision needs. Following this, I would like two new frames, equivalent in value to those I initially paid for last year. These frames should be provided at no additional cost, considering the previous ones are unusable for me.
