My complaint:

I had sent money to Southall Travels official account. We were booking tickets from another travel agent company and they had told us that their tickets are printed from Southall Travels so we paid into their account. We called the agent and they kept delaying responses and we felt that there was something wrong. So we immediately contacted Southall Travels to ask them if they had received our payment. We called and they said that our payment has not been received by them which may be due to bank holiday. We then also contacted our bank to stop the payment and they said that the payment has been sent to the beneficiary and only they can send back our money. We called Southall Travels the next day and they said that the payment made by us is used by someone, but with someone else’s name. Therfore, the ticket was not issued for us with the payment we made. The agent of Southall said that they recieve cases as such all the time where the payment is made by one and the booking by another. But, this allows money of one to be used by the other. We contacted immediately to receive ation of payment but they delayed it until they used our payment to issue ticket on someone else’s name.

Suggested solution:

We want to get our money back because the payment made by us was not used to issue our ticket or we want the tickets that were issued from our payment. Also, we want actions to be taken against such company that first says the payment is not received in their account and then issue a ticket from our payment to someone else.
