My complaint:
I would like your help on the subject the repair of a SONY tv, in fact for a reset to factory status, I cannot start my tv, it starts for a second and stops, it’s written on the screenstand by inactive function is activated and like I said it stops.
I’ve tryed to contact my local SONY but finally they send me to something similar to a scam, ask you a fee, taking many days asking you again another fee..
Suggested solution:
They should indicate a professional service center to be able to solve the issue, in my care probably in 10 min. reset the tv and running properly.
