Sling TV complaint: Streaming Device not working. No credit given.

My complaint:

I have had issues with Sling TV since I subscribed in January 2021. I have called Sling at least half a dozen times and have self diagnosis and fixed my issues at least the same amount of times. Issue 1: It took about 6 weeks to finally get the local channel guide to intertwine with the Sling app. This only occurred because the only Sling agent who ever actually solved one of my issues suggested I use a zip code closer to the actual over the air antennas. I wish I could remember her name. Issue 2: The Air TV Mini streaming device. It has failed to power on, the streaming has slowed and has completely stopped, the audio and visual has not been in sync over several different channels at the same time, the Sling App has failed to respond to s from the remote. It is now completely dead. My TV will not even recognize its existence. Issue 3: Sling TV wants to replace the Air TV Mini, but will not offer a credit for the time I am unable to use the service because of the lack of a streaming device. They are requiring that the faulty device be returned before a new one is sent. No one should have to pay for a service they can not use because of faulty equipment.

Suggested solution:

They should offer actual customer service. I want a credit for all time that I am unable to use the service while the streaming device is being replaced and I want the replacement expedited.
