My complaint:

Good afternoon,

My name is Patricia and my family and I reserved a room on August 1,20200 for the weekend of August 5th, 2022-August 7th, 2022.
When I reserved this room I selected to Pay at the Property. On Wednesday I received a message saying $153. 90 was taken from my account. I was at work so I immediately called my card holder and canceled it because I thought it was fraud. But it wasn’t, the hotel took 1 nights stay on Wednesday and my reservation wasn’t until Friday. That really put me in a bad situation because I lost access to my funds and my card. Why was I paying for a room I wasn’t even in yet?? Anything could help happened and I may of needed to cancel 😞

To make matters worse, my $300 stay was complete with Mold growing all over the room…I couldn’t get another hotel because I had no backup card, plus I was already paying $300 for a room I couldn’t breathe in…..I have asthma and respiratory issues. Had family member bring Lysol spray and wipes, bleach, and other products because I can’t afford to waste $300.

The while floor smelled like mold…is thus acceptable to your establishment? The city need to be called in to inspect the hotel because the mold is so bad….

I’m requesting a refund because there’s no way they should of took money from my account 2 days before my stay if I selected pay at Property. But most importantly, my physical health was affected by the poor keeping in this property.

Suggested solution:

Refund me please, I left the with a worse upper respiratory issues 😑
