Skyscanner complaint: Dishonest vendors

My complaint:

I booked an airline ticket using the skyscanner platform. The ticket was for a full service airline and not a cheap budget carrier. No disclaimers about any any information was provided through the entire booking process about baggage allowances or any restrictions on my ticket. Only after the booking was completed and paid for was I notified that there was zero baggage allowance and this issue caused me to absorb an additional 2000 php for my ticket to check my suitcase onto the flight. There is absolutely zero recourse on the Skyscanner website or the third party vendor issuing the ticket. Absolutely terriblenon existent customer support.

Suggested solution:

I would be satisfied if can receive an explanation as to why no disclaimer was provided prior to issuing my airline ticket that no baggage was included or any terms of the ticket were provided. The fact that there is no recourse to report this third party vendor is very flawed and demonstrates that Skyscanner don't care about the consumers using their platform.
