My complaint:
Wanted to get broadband with our existing sky tvs,they came and changed our sky boxes to sky q, only one of our tvs were working until they connected us up to broadband,engineers came and went over 3 months until they eventually told us they can’t do cables for broadband,in the meantime were left with one tv working and no broadband,what a mess,they won’t put it back to what we had and we can’t get anywhere with them on phone,so sick of it,we don’t know what to do
Suggested solution:
Put our pre existing system back to it's original set up,our sky boxes should not have been changed over if they knew they can't supply us with broadband,were left with a mess
