My complaint:
My glasses fell off my face that I need to see with while riding the tower of power and I filed a lost and found report and the lady at the office. She said it would take 2 to 3 days. It took more than a month, after a month I went back to get them myself but couldn’t. The lady said I couldn’t which was fair, so I asked if anyone else could and she said no one could because they weren’t ladder certified which I believe was an excuse to not get my glasses. The lady was very rude and being very patronizing by telling me to file a complaint. I still have not gotten my glasses which I need to see, thankfully I had a spare but those will break and I won’t have any glasses and won’t be able to see properly.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my glasses, that is all.
