My complaint:
Hello, I bought a 10$ Sim card yesterday and 50$ recharge for internet at a Walgreen. I asked the salesman if it was compatible with any phone, he said as long as unlocked it was. I even checked the Sim card details before buying it and it was not written anywhere any sort of limitation on the type of phone used for it. However, once I tried to install it, it didn’t work. I then contacted Client Service and was told that it wouldn’t work and would never work before my phone (I’m French) is not Verizon compatible. The only text written about it and informing me that it is compatible with a used Verizon LTE device in on the Sim card holder itself and I would have had to buy and open it to see it (screenshots to prove it). As it is a Sim card, the store told me there is no way for them to refund me the $60 worth of items, and even showed me on their screen.
I contacted on the phone the Simple Mobile client service and they were disagreeable, and even hung up on me when I tried calling again. For proof, the calls on the 19th of September at 9:21 and 9:31.
This is unacceptable and I demand full refund for the inconvenience and that there is a sentence written on the product saying that it is Verizon compatible only.
I had to delay my roadtrip because of that issue.
Thank you
