My complaint:

I had ordered an IPhone (order no: W4408553) from sharafdg online on 22 Dec 2023, which I did upon assurance by a customer care representative that the product will be delivered the next day. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my family in India and the plan was to send it through a friend who was traveling. They not only ruined all my plans, and the product is not delivered to me yet! Their customer care representatives gave conflicting replies and messed up the delivery multiple times. This was escalated to their supervisor, who again couldn’t make his delivery on time as promised. No status updates, no calls yet from customer care informing the status, because they don’t have any idea where the product is! It’s really ridiculous that you have to wait for 15 mins in the queue to talk to one of them and I have done it 8 times already! This is the worst customer service I ever had, that too from the prominent electronics company of this region! They have a great application too which says ‘error connecting database’ when you try to track the product shipping

Suggested solution:

First of all they must deliver the product and keep me posted on the shipping/delivery updates through a simple messaging/email system.They should compensate for ruining my Christmas plans, time wasted, talking to their crap customer service team, effort that I put in to track the shipment and happiness that I lost
