Scotiabank complaint: 2nd time my account was frozen and tons of nsf fees 2000 plus dollars in charges

My complaint:

2 years ago my account was locked for no reason and after two weeks I got full access and they stated there was a policy change.

I quickly transferred out funds but I’m my haste they hit me with nsf fees that they wouldn’t refund.

Today, it’s day three of another lock. People on the phone and at the branch gave me zero information and I overheard an employee say of boarding and nsf fees.

LAst two months I was hit with 1400 dollars in nsf fees.

I resolve this quickly when I see it, and after I transfered over funds, suddenly they lock my account and they are holding a 2200 transfer from my bank which was done to account for the nsfs which I already took care of.

I’m on disability , I receive disability payments. They are holding my disability payment and it’s been two day I cannot eat.

The main branch employee who locked my account did. Not even come out to talk to me when I visited the branch today and nobody cares if I starve.

I think it’s illegal for them to hold my disability payment.

I want it back for food and may my mortgage.

And I want a refund of the nsf fees I incurred when I tried to move to a new bank two gears sgo.

And the current nsf fees which tools my disability payment money

They are awful people

Suggested solution:

Give me.my disability money back and refund the nsfs

I think they took at least 2000 plus from me without remorse

They target the low income and vulnerable such an awful thing to do
