My complaint:
On March 6 2022 i went to the 10:45 pm showing of The Batman, there was a group of 6-8 people that wouldn’t shut up during the film ruining it. after being told to be quiet I was harassed and threaten by said group before leaving the theatre… only to return a few minutes later and further harass and threaten me.
One member of the group came up to me calmly and nice and talked to me before his loud mouth friend came up to me from the other side started calling me fat, fatass etc. and more threats before his calm friend stepped in front of him, they then left continuing to harass and threaten me.,
Suggested solution:
put a staff member or more into every showing to make sure everyone has a good time
