My complaint:
My name is, Christopher K. I affirm that i was assaulted by a Save-a-Lot employee at the Riverviewhallsferry store location. This violation had taken place between the dates 1062022 to 1142022. By an employee that by the name of John. The descriptive information i have on him is that he does the hiring of the employees that currently works in the store;however, he is between 5’7 – 6’0, dark brown skin , medium build ,with long braided black hair, which is considered to be the hair style of dread locks. He drives a 4 door white jeep styled car or suv. I am not absolutely sure that his name is John because people go by nick names in that store but i am sure that you will find the profile of the person i just described that assaulted, belittled, terrorized and shamelessly degraded me.
What I am out to share here is very hard too do because it is totally to my shame and embarrassment. And i will speak the whole truth of the actions on both sides.
About that time frame that I previously mentioned I was going through a hard time in my life. I just left detox getting myself healthy working towards being whole again. However, going through recovery and coming out of the center, I was literally broke with no job , sick and hungry…
Now with literally .56 cent in my pocket I went into the store with the plan to shop lift myself something to eat. I walked around the store and i put a honey bun in my pocket and headed for the check out line. Then John approached me in the line and said, come here dont you know that we see you on the camera. John and a man in a security uniform begain to pat me down and search me roughly right there in the middle of the check out line in front of customers and employees. He pulled the honey bun out of my pocket and begain to calling me , old bum ass bitch ass nigga. saying too me keep your hands up bitch stop moving are im going to knock your bitch ass out. I said to him, you’re going to do all of this over a honey bun? He say’s, Shut the fuck up, keep your hands up really loud. Then grabbing me by the neck, the back of my neck , my collar and hood of my coat, with his other hand he had my belt gripped tight, continually calling me out of my name pushing and pulling me towards the exit of the door, doing this in front of customers and kids, his co-workers. At the door he yanked at my throat extremely hard then pushed me violently out of the store. Standing outside of the store with him now is the guy in the uniform which appears to be his friend both men now are flashing their fire arms walking closers to me. John is the only one still talking at me saying that if he catches me in the store he’s going to fuck me up and knock my head off. So nervesly I asked him ,so youre going to fight me over a honey bun man? you got a gun out on me over a honey bun man? Are you really treating me like this over a dollar honey bun? He says’s, Yes bitch ass nigga it’s that serious over a honey bun, you’re fucking with my lively hood when you steal outta my store. Get off this lot before i fuck you up. Then i said ,you going to fuck me up because you got that gun? He pull the gun out and handed it to the guy with him and started walking up on me say’s I dont need this gun for you ill beat your bitch ass this is what I do. I left that store and been afraid to go back every since. I did shop lifgt
Suggested solution:
He needs to be fired and go to jail for assualt. I need some type of relief. Pain and suffering. But im not the only one that he has done like this he is a big bully that pick on the weaker The vessel. This matter needs too be investigated.
