My complaint:
My satellite has been out for 2 days. This problem needs to be resolved. I tried in the past when there was problems and someone tells me to do this and that I do what they tell me. They can never resolve my problem. I called at least 4 times in the past not once could they help me. They said I needed a new card. Tnen they said I needed a new receiver then they told me I needed to get a new tv. I resolved all these problems myself without doing any of that. I asked a couple of weeks ago to speak to a supervisor after the girl couldnt help me she refused to put me through. My son in law fixed the problem after she said i needed a new tv. This is very bad service I have been with bell for many years and ivwould rather not leave bell for another company. I really need some help. Tired of shoddy service
