My complaint:

Ive applied for some annual leave, i applied about 5 weeks ago and still didnt hear back about my leave i wrote a message to our assistant manager about it and they said they will look into it and still i havnt heard anything and its taking forever to find out if its approved or not, and i should by now know weither its aporoved or not. It shouldnt take until the last minute to know weithers its approved or not. Its been like this for two years now and its not acceptable. People applying for leave should be told in reasonable time if there leave is approved or not and its not happening at shona mcfarlane and we are running to mangement to get our leave looked into and to know as soon as possible if its approved. It needs to be fixed asap

Suggested solution:

Look into getting leave requests approved or not approved in a reasonable time and not at the last minute. And approved communication
