RushCard complaint: Unauthorized charge done and not returned back to my account

My complaint:

On December 23, 2022 I was at a Christmas party and I got a text message saying that somebody has charge $400 from my account. My car was in my possession. I called Rushcard immediately and I informed them that I just got hit with fraud. I filed a dispute. And on the next day, I had to email Rushcard a copy of the dispute signed and sent back. I did that they said within 10 days I should receive my money back in my account I never did and then they denied my dispute, claiming that they didn’t final error, which is not true. Then I had to follow police report twice in Los Angeles where the incident occurred and on Gardena where I live. I sent it over to Rushcard and they still have not returned my $400. This has happened to me at least three times the last time it happened. Somebody hacked my card in Canada for $276. I received that money back but they won’t give me back my $400 and the transaction was not done by me or anybody that I know my car was in my possession at the time, they have a leak somewhere and they know it. I really need my money back.

Suggested solution:

Because I sent over two police reports and I informed him of the unauthorized charge and they know I didn’t do this. I should get my money back which is $400.
