My complaint:
Received my debit card to replace a card that had been compromised. When I tried to activate the card was unable to do so. Called several people Times and kept getting excuses saying they will manually activate it but will take several days. Then I called again to follow up. And they said it would be escalated to corporate and the placed a follow up request in the system. It would take a couple of days to get a called back to activate my card. It’s all unacceptable and their service is terrible. Gonna close my account out once I get my money.
Suggested solution:
It should be resolved by any means necessary. But by saying corporate has to resolve the issues isn’t acceptable considering you’re holding onto people’s money and not knowing when a issue can be resolved to free up a persons money. It’s serious when it comes to people money and just brushing it off without going the distant to resolve it doesn’t cut it.
