RushCard complaint: Rushcard Blocked My Card and Account

My complaint:

I’ve been with Rushcard since 2015. Had no problem until now. My husband deposited 400 dollars on my card on June 2nd @ 2:49pm. Later that day I went to pay my PGE online like I do every month and it wouldn’t take my card.So my Husband went to 7-11 cash machine to see what’s going on. It came back saying insufficient funds. I called rushcard the next day with no help from customer service. They were so nasty and kept sending me to my account so I can find out why it’s a hold on my card. Rushcard first put my card on hold then they blocked it as well as my account. I tried to activate a new account but I’m sure with my social security number they won’t let me make another one. I have gotten no help these people hang up in your face. I’m a 51 year old woman with amputated legs and pay my Bill’s with my card. I need my money.

Suggested solution:

Take these blocks off my card and account. Give me my money.
