My complaint:

I sent my documents to get a replacement card on September 21,2021 it is September 29,2021 I spoke to someone on the 26th of September and they said they finally have received my documents and also received an email saying contact rushcard now now I keep talking to the same customer care reps one name is Alex a male and the other is a female named Lois all this week they have been giving me the run around I have been with rushcard for 15 years I am highly upset I don’t appreciate the way I’m being treated it usually take 1 to 2 days for corporate to update an account this is the 3rd day and Lois is telling me to send my documents again after they have been again I have bills to pay and I know my funds are on my card I get social security and my funds come early with rushcard every month I am very angry with rushcard or these representatives I also have left messages on corporate voice-mail about the incident with the service I have been receiving once again my name is Robert Donald and someone needs to tell me something asap robbd9900@gmail.com

Suggested solution:

They should send my rushcard immediately and do it in the next 1 to 2 days without charging me 35 dollars to do so because this don't make no sense or call me immediately robbd9900@gmail.com
