My complaint:

I’ve been a Member of RushCard Since 2011. Now August 2019 my RushCard Expired So I was told to send in a Copy of my license and social security card and a Request Letter of my new phone Number and Email address So I did last year I’m continuing Faxing the same Info to RushCard and They constantly telling me that they didn’t get it So I’m Calling And Faxing from different fax machine and they saying there not getting it So then finally they got it in February 2020 BECAUSE I MAILED IT TO RUSHCARD PHYSICAL ADDRESS SO I NOTICE THAT MY PHONE NUMBER WAS UPDATED SO I CALLED THEM TO ORDER MY CARD BECAUSE NOW LISTEN TO THIS MY DAM FIRST CHECK GOES ON THAT CARD AND I’M SO UPSET BECAUSE I TRULY FEEL LIKE THOSE OPERATORS WAS PLAYING WITH MY FEELING AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ME IS NOT RIGHT AND AND WHEN I TRIED TO ORDER MY CARD THEY ASK ME SOME QUESTIONS THAT PERTAINS TO FAR IN THE PAST SO I DIDN’T REMEMBER A ADDRESS OR A PERSON NAME R WHAT EVER ELSE I NEVER NEVER HAD A COMPANY DO THEY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS AND I CAN’T LOGIN BECAUSE WHEN IT ASK ME FOR MY CARD NUMBERS THAT’S FADED OFF AND THE EXPIRATION DATE IS 2019 AND ON THE RUSHCARD SITE STARTS AT 2020 SO I CAN’T ORDER MY OWN CARD AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A TELL THEM WHY I’M CALLING TO REPLACE MY CARD THEY TELL ME TO GI LINE TO THE LIVE CHAT AND THE LIVE CHAT WILL SEND ME TO THEM IM SO TIRED OF U GUYS PLAYING WITH MY MONEY I’M GLAD I FOUND THIS I DO HOPE THIS COMPLAINT HELP ME GET MY CARD WITH MY MONEY ON IT CAUSE I FEEL O THE NEXT STEP IS TALK TO A LAWYER BUT ALL THAT IS NOT NECESSARY I REALLY NEED MY CARD WITH MY MONEY ON IT THAT’S MY FIRST CHECK AND THEN I ASK THEM WHAT WERE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER AND RUSHCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY CAN’T GIVE ME THAT SO I LIKE U CAN’T NO I SAID IF I’M A MEMBER OF THE RUSHCARD THEN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER AND RUSHCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY CAN’T GIVE ME IT SO THAT’S WHY I FEEL RUSHCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE OR PLAYING WITH ME I NEED Y’ALL HELP SO I’M WRITING THIS DAM COMPLAINT THANK YOU PEACE AND BLESSINGS

Suggested solution:

Check my info that you guys at RushCard have and Call Me and Check the INFO U Guys have Compared to My Info that I Speak to you Or If U Guy At RUSHCARD CUSTOMER SERVICE Need me to mail anything in to AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE MY CARD FROM RUSHCARD COMPANY THANKS
