My complaint:

I have been calling Rush card for the past 2weeks on a lost card. I was able to pause my card after I tried to transfer funds or wire funds to myself since I have been unable to get in contact with customer service. For some reason I cannot do the wire and really need to get bills paid and food for my family. On website there is no option to complete this. It did state that you can pause and in pause card anytime without any issue but that’s not true. I need access to my money. No customer service rep even though you can reach a lot of banks who have concerted to work from home due to pandemic. I need a customer service rep immediately to help me access my funds and to order replacement card
