RushCard complaint: It’s been three weeks Where is my card? And I’ve been up four different times.

My complaint:

I called rush card about three weeks ago because I needed a new card. It’s been over two weeks and I don’t have no card. Last night I talked to four different customers service representatives that were rude and nonchalant about my issues. It my money that I’m calling about they act like I don’t have a right to inquire about my card or account. I asked them was there any other ways that I could get my money or something. I think it’s unprofessional and messed up on you guys part. Recently someone stole my card information and took my LAST $200 out of my account. I haven’t had any money and now my deposit hit back I can not use my card because I don’t have it. I think you guys should put the five dollars on my card that you charged me. Also when I called to CR about my info being stole he told me that I had to print the paperwork out and fax it. It’s beyond ridiculous that when I’m calling the people I trust with my money I get attitude or incompetent reps. You guys need to retrain or rehire a new staff because I can never get help. I don’t feel safe trusting this company with my money I truly don’t. Is there anyway that I can send My money yes My Money to my fiancé account so that I can have food tonight. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years and you guys showed just how much you guys value my membership.

Suggested solution:

Transfer my money on my fiancé card back I don’t have no food to eat. I’m struggling and it’s ridiculous that I have money and I can’t get MY MONEY ITS MINE
