RushCard complaint: Failure To Deposit Funds From My Investment Account

My complaint:

On May 28th My Funds from my Investment Retirement Account through Vanguard was sent via electronic transfer to My RushCard account to deposited. I have had a RushCard account since 2010 and have never had a problem with funds deposited in to my account. On May 29th an agent from RushCard sent me an email ing they received the deposit from my investment but that they needed additional documentation before they could approve the deposit. I submitted the documentation to RushCard services as asked: Case 01984145. Rushcards responded back to me that they received the documentation and they were acceptable and that they would review them. It is now June 3rd and I have received a respons from Rushcard services as to the statues of my deposit. My funds have not been deposited into my account. I can’t get a live agent on the phone to discuss the status of my account. I can’t contact a corporate supervisor to discuss the status of my deposit. Every day my funds are not made available to me I am loosing money due to the obligations I committed myself to based on my deposit.

Suggested solution:

I simply want my Money available. I want to be able to talk with a Rushcard service representative to be able to discuss why my funds haven't been made available and why I haven't received any notification to explain why my funds haven't been deposited into my account.
