My complaint:

I needed a replacement card because I did not remember my PIN number and was told I had to get a new card the representative asked me if I wanted it expedited I said no I get the card in a day or two and call back to RushCard and they are to listen to the phone call to see that I did not request it to be expedited and call me back this was in December of 2019 I have been on this website 9 times asking questions and calling customer service sends me to the website the website sends me to customer service nobody answers to questions the representatives talk over me and don’t let me talk at all I’ve been going back and forth within two days from the website to a representative and they both keep sending me back to each other I added $60 to my card to pay a bill it was taken for the expedited charges I was supposed to have an answer for the expedited charges within 24 to 48 hours that never happened I need to know if they listen to the call to see that I said no do not expedite the card and I need my refund I’m getting nowhere over the phone or the website

Refund my money for the expedited charges have the card are the other charges I agree with but I specifically said do not expedite my car no
