RushCard complaint: Disappontment

My complaint:

I had to order a new card because a company keeps taking money out on the wrong date. I have to pay my car payment and the card is not here. I was told by the Supervisor that I could do card to card transfer but it will not allow it go through. I was also told to go to Walmart to get the funds off my card. Walmart Supervisor said they have to have the card or card number. I am trying to get another card expedited to me and was told I can’t because the other card is on the way. I paid money for the card so if I paying for the cards why can’t they go ahead and send out another card. I was told it is policy that it can only be one card shipped to me. I have never had a problem before with Rush Card until now. I only want to pay my car payment since the job I have just reopened but now I will lose my car because I don’t have a way to pay after the 24 hours is up. After I get my card I will open a new account somewhere else and never deal with not being able to pay my bill ever again at a time of a Pandemic. I also requested for them to text me the number or CVV code and was told it goes against policy as well. All text sent should be against policy to verify account information. I will never recommend this company to anyone else.

Suggested solution:

Give options of how to pay bills without the heartache of losing job and transportation of getting there.
