My complaint:
I was embarrassed after having tires out on my wife’s truck when they said insufficient funds. I had about $3900 on that card and now it’s gone! I can’t get any answers. Customer service tells you to do this n that, but everything they say isn’t working. I can’t get into my acct. to see where my money went and online chat doesn’t work. Their app doesn’t work either. I just want to know where my money is and want it back. It’s bad enough my work hours were reduced due to this pandemic and I have a family to take care of just to have what little not I saved wiped away.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back. It’s FDIC insured, but how do I get that handled when there’s no one there to help?
If you find out anything please post. Same issue. Filed complaint with BBB, this site and Facebook. Read many posts like ours. They must be held accountable, money mysteriously disappearing out of customer accounts? Never heard of such, never! There must be something we can do!
