My complaint:

i called to have a charge disputed and got the worse customer service they told me they would cancel my current card and send me a new card i said i cant go 7-10 days with any more and they said i can do express with 35.00 i said no just cancel the dispute for now because the weekend is coming and i cant go without money i repeated that over 10 times and i disconnected the call they called back and i told them again dont cancel my card but they did anyway i called back spoke with a rep with a stanky attitude and got a supervisor and was told they would go back listen to the call and if it was stated i said do not cancel my card they would refund me the 35.00 i said when can i call to follow up she 24-48 i called back Friday and spoke with another rude customer service rep and i asked for a supervisor and she kept me on hold and then hung up called back another rep refused to give her id number and disconnected the call called back asked for a supervisor she asked what was the problem i told her and she stated she would send this over to the escalation team and it takes 24-48 hours i have been with Rush Card since 2016 and i have never had such shitty customer service ever im looking to close my account

Suggested solution:

First apologize and refund me my 35.00 and pull the call and coach them on their customer service because it has gone down hill
