RushCard complaint: Blocked Card No Replacement

My complaint:

I originally had my card blocked because I thought I had lost it. I’ve now been waiting for a month for a replacement card. I decided to call to see what was going on only to find out that the agent never ordered my replacement card. I was then told that I would have to wait another 7-10 business days or pay a $30 fee for 1-2 day delivery. Because I have bills to pay and all of my money is on my card where my direct deposits go I had to choose 1-2 delivery. I do not think I should be charged when the original agent dropped the ball on having my card sent out. I’ve been with rushcard for nearly 20 years and have never had an issue to this magnitude.

Suggested solution:

Refund the $30 charge for expedited replacement of my card since their agent dropped the ball and I patiently waited a month for a card that didn't exist.
