My complaint:

I was staying at your hotel for 10 day. At the beginning of my stay things were good. The woman Lynn was a wonder employee. She did everything there ran front desk, pitched in housekeeping when necessary ie staff were no shows. My last :2 days there I was informed by a woman who could only speak English in one syllable words could not complete a sentence. Was unable to communicate with guests. Her husband had the same issue. They communicated by either ignoring guest I saw this the day I checked out. A woman who was changing rooms why I don’t know was continuing ignored by the husband. She was noticeably upset he simply didn’t acknowledge her. Finally he addressed her issue sort of. I simply can’t understand why a competent employee is no longer there and two extremely inept ones were left to run the hotel and torture guests. I would also like to add that a new male housekeeping employee is terrific and suggest perhaps he should be in charge and those other couple should be directed by him or shown the door. They are ruining your motel.
