Riversweeps complaint: My Lost money in a riversweeps kiosk

My complaint:

I logged in and pressed the buy button and I put the money in and it went through very slowly. Usually the money shoots in fast. Well I kept looking at the screen for my entries to show up but they never came. So I didn’t get my entries and the money never was refunded.

I’ve text and call and emailed you guys all weekend and this is where nobody’s that responding to me at all and this is just ridiculous very unprofessional. I don’t see why you couldn’t send a technician out to verify that because I am not lying that actually happened to me I wouldn’t lie about something like that I want my money on my credits now this is ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

Either get with the store owner which he told me he has nothing to do with the machine, but there isn\'t a sign or warning saying that if you lose your money in the kiosk machine you are at your own risk. There\'s a phone number for texting only on the kiosk and I\'ve only gotten one response saying he put in a complaint. That\'s all I have gotten from anybody. If you call the customer service number not one time but every single time I\'ve called it and that\'s over 100 times. A man\'s voice comes on and says all lines are busy try again later. So you can\'t even leave a message. To me that\'s ridiculous and to be honest this is the worst I\'ve ever seen or been treated by any company ever. 😔
