My complaint:
i sent a email to custumer service that i had a issue with the game thunder fish and the other fish game every time when i hit some the credit will go to the other player or it take me out of the game and not give me the credit so i was using the laser to make sure that was do in that sending the credit to a diferent player so i ask custumer service to give me a number or a website to contact so i could complain and they dint give any information they told me to contact riversweep platinum but that is a different company and they did a mistake with my money that i sent i did 2 deposit off 50 and they only deposit one becouse one of dare employee made a mistake and dent he took my money out of the acount so i was sendig them the zelle copies so they only return back 33 dollars
Suggested solution:
giving me my credit back to my acount and to fix the game and my cousin had the same issue with the game i did more dent 3 deposit when i had the issue i was makig sure that i was right what was going on wit the game before i complain i will apreciated alot if you coul help me wit my promblem
