My complaint:
I won $40 playing river sweeps and went to pull out the money. i had got an error indicating bill jam when the first bill was trying to come out. Nothing i can do at that kiosk. So i head to next kiosk to pull the money out and the kiosk says i only have $30 in winnings i can pull out. which i did. placed $10 back on account and put the rest in gas. I call number and was told by and answering machine to leave a message with the kiosk id number date and time. So i head back to the bill jam kiosk to get the info i needed. I called back and left a message stating my issue and i needed them to fix it but no response back and no money on my account. I sent a picture of the error message and texted them my issue and no response. Its been 2 days now but still no word or funds added to account.Ive attached a photo of bill jam here. thanx for the help

They need to put $10 on my account and i feel a few extra dollars on it for the inconvenience
