My complaint:

Regions recently implemented 2-factor authentication that sends a text to my phone (or email) with a code to log into the website. Most if not all of my other financial institutions do this as well.
The issue I have with Regions is that it requires this 2-factor authentication every single time I log in … even if I login multiple times in the same day. My other institutions remember this device for about 30 days – and then ask me for a new code only if I have not logged in for 30 days or more.

Suggested solution:

I'm suggesting that Regions implement the 30-day login window before requiring another 2-factor authentication since I use my online checking account so frequently.
If each login continues to require 2-factor authentication I'll be compelled to switch to another bank for my frequently-used online accounts.
