My complaint:

I’ve been banking with you for years never overdraft my acct because me and my wife make good income however we have 5 kids and she’s recovering from an car accident with an tow truck that hit her head on back in late April beginning of May I explained my situation and one of the bank reps waived my fees because I needed it to keep our utilities on. Soon after things turned for the worst I literally just was fired from a job I was just hired for my second job that I needed to catch up on bill because you guys kept closing out my cards having me calling daily spending hrs on the phone my wife stranded at the gas station with the kids can’t get gas because card closed and bank is no where near missed 3 days of work and I NEVER miss work but had no choice no gas in my truck to get to and from work and she missed 5 days because she couldn’t get the kids back and forth to babysitter lost her job but was rehired on a final written for attendance the card would stop working out of no where cart full of groceries balance 1500 but card declined kids needing things card declined funds available and you guys are closed and card online showing cancelled after just using card 5 mins prior over a 1000 of our paycheck lost because of a old was receiving the text after 10 calls to you hrs on the phone not one rep could figure out why my card keeps closing right after every purchase verified the number that’s supposed to be on account whole time it’s an old number for 5 years ago getting txt closing my card only recommended options was to go to bank and get a new card but that wouldn’t solve anything because the new card was closed right after it was sent I called the number and the person that owns the number now thought it was fraud from their acct because they had you at one point and was replying no causing my card to shut off when trying to over draft once to get one fee you decline all but approve small charges with big repayment fee and I have no choice because I’m facing a big hardship try to catch-up card I wouldn’t recommend reps don’t care like ok there’s nothing I can do when the entire time it was verify it’s the correct number getting the message only verified one never knew it was a second number on the acct imagine heading to work and can’t gas up your car imagine stranded at a gas station with 5 kids for 3 hrs because your bank closed your card causing you to miss work crying babies at home needing milk but unable to because card just closed suddenly the bank closed and nothing I can do reps show no sympathy just ok sorry that happened but I can’t do anything to help you no options for zell pay to Transfer funds to another acct if I was given that option and knew it was instant transfer we wouldn’t have gone through all of this we have no support from family in fl or friends that’s why we work hard but this banking has taught me a big lesson
