My complaint:
This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, a homeless shelter and Motel six rate better than this hotel. it was filthy, it was dirty, the pool was disgusting hot tub was nasty the walls had black mold, locks didn’t lock, the wood work was coming off the door, the door wouldn’t shut, I don’teven know that there wasn’t bedbugs in the mattresses, it was disgusting it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.
The staff at the front desk was either on drugs or higher than a kite one of the two she didn’t even know what was going on. I have pictures of everything. I was appalled by this because red lion has a Reputation of being one of the finest hotels ever and my guests and I had to stay there we’re so shocked and I was shocked and it’s was an embarrassment.
