Raymour and Flanigan complaint: Broken wall panel in my home

My complaint:

On March 7, 2023 or about I receive delivery from the Raymour Flanagan delivery department upon delivery. Not only did they damage the delivery on that day and had to re-order the purchase, they also broke one of the panels in my staircase of my home. The delivery person took a picture of the panel that was broken and so did I . On that same day I called the Raymour Flanagan and spoke to the sales woman that helped me with my purchase. Pamela Walker, who put me in contact with the delivery team manager that manager. Jonathan who called me, and me a gift card I explain to him I just wanted the panel fix. I was informed that someone will come out to evaluate the situation with my broken panel in my wall. A few days later I received a call from a woman named Valerie who stated that they would not be coming out to my home ( after the appointment was made and arrangements were made for someone to be home) because they got the information that it was a broken bed, I was informed by Valorie that somebody will get back to me. I waited a few days no one ever got back to me. I again call Pamela Walker, who informed me that someone will call me again. Jonathan called me however, this time he stated to me, “how do we know we broke the panel”? I explain to him that I spoke to him to in the past that his delivery guy took pictures and that’s how, we know that it was broken by the Raymour team when the delivery was attempted . This time me to send him pictures.. I did not send pictures this time because I had sent pictures to all mention in this email at different times, including Jonathan this time he’s in wanted me to send pictures to his cell phone I did not. I feel that they are playing games with me now I asked for someone to call me back this time I spoke to a manager who says his name is Akeem now it’s been a week later and no one has called me to rectify the problem. The manager Jonathan who has become very condescending and not helpful. I am not going to send him another picture because he has the pictures that I sent before to Pamela Walker and Valerie he asked me and I will last conversation. How do I know that the company broke the panel in my hallway, I explain to him we’ve had this conversation before and I feel that he’s playing games and not take responsibility for something that was clearly the fault of the delivery team. I also sent an estimate of what it would cost to fix the panel.

Suggested solution:

I would like them to pay for the damages to the wall panel as I have spoken to so many managers and they’ve done nothing but give me the runaround
