Raycon complaint: Undelivered product and terrible customer serv

My complaint:

I made an order (2326651) in March or April 2022. The product never arrived. Over the next months I sent email after email and never got a response. Eventually by posting on Raycon’s facebook page I got a response and promise to resolve it and request that I should email. I did, and the same delays repeated.

Eventually in July/August this year – 15 months after my order – I got an email response and a ation that the product would be sent to me. Since I made the original order I have moved to Brazil, where Raycon does not ship product. The company is refusing to make an exception and send me the product and refusing to make any monetary adjustment or to send an additional product to compensate the freight costs and approximate 40% tax I will have to spend to get the earbuds shipped from a UK address to Brazil. Furthermore, they are saying that I can only be reimbursed via a paypal account, which I don’t have.

The company is making no effort to compensate me for the now 18 month delay in receiving the product that I paid for, and has demonstrated appalling customer service in simply not responding to dozens of emails that I sent.

I would like them to make some effort to compensate and resolve this.

Suggested solution:

1) Sending me product in Brazil (with taxes prepaid); or
2) Sending 1 set to the UK with 50% reimbursal to compensate the costs and taxes of sending onto Brazil or send 2 sets to the UK to likewise compensate the additional costs
3) Make a more than 100% reimbursal to compensate the delays and stress to either my bank account or a credit card (I don't have a paypal account)
